Kantara - Gods promise! Deshaj parampara of Hinduism

Updated: Oct 27, 2022

Bhoota kola or kola aata is a part of Deshaj parampara of sanatan Dharma. There are many practices or kula in Sanatan Dharma. Each devi, Devata had a kula associated with them.

Siddhas propagated different practices in India and their worship based on desh - place ,Kala - time and the paristiti or situation of that region.

Every place in India wasn't supposed to worship vaishnav or vedic parampara. As each of these sampraday have their own rules to follow as per the basic nature of devi devatas. Ex: satvik devatas need more cleanliness etc like gayatri devi but Tamasic devatas do not have such rules. Diversity is the key in Hinduism as our Dharma is based on the diversity of nature and honoring it.

But now everyone thinks only vedic, vishnu,Shiva is Hinduism which is not true.

This movie is about bhoota kola or kola aata translated as dance performance of The demi gods( daivas) . Kola- dance, aata is performance or play.

Bhoota kola is not spirits dance or ghost dance but nature worship. Bhoota means the worship of 5 bhootas that pervades our nature. Our daivas or devas protect these 5 elements and live in this 5 elements around that region. It is part of shamanic tradition of vajra varahi kul.

People of that area believe All the Gods came down and taught the ppl of that place through dance performances  like yakshagana. They live in those area to protect the land which parashuram bhagwan created as parashuram kshetra. Many bhairavas, nagas were invoked and installed to protect that region .

Panjurli devata is a part of vajra varaha mandal ie one of lord shiva Bhairava ganas who protect devi vajra varahi who is a form of Devi Parvati. Mainstream Hinduism do not know this devi but they both are tamasic devata worshipped by Himalayan siddhas mostly. But their kula was spread and exists in parts of himachal pradesh ,uttrakhand and now even the costal region of karnataka and kerala.

Guliga is a local name of a khsetrapala bhairav called Khari Devata , they are known to protect ppl and land of any people who has managed to do their sadhana successfully.

Devas [ daivas] speaking to humans ,providing them justice in disputes is a common aspect in all deshaj parampara. It is seen in karnataka,Nepal, himachal, maharastra , assam etc . You can buy a jury,a Supreme court Judge but you can't buy the almighty. Daivas stand for truth and are true to their words. That's why the term gods promise is still used . It meant something .

A God's word is unbroken they never lie, they never abandon the ones who have worshipped them. When Devatas promised to protect a clan or region they will until the end. It is humans who have forgotten these gods and have used their kaliyug intellect that is skeptical of Daivas ability to choose a human medium to communicate to them.

These practices work on faith which is the development of heart chakra and love. Submit and love them the Daivas - your kula ,sthan, gram devatas will protect you till the end after all they have made a promise to your ancestors . And that is a God's promise.

All my knowledge comes from Mahasiddha Ishaputra compassion 🙏
