Sattva devata and sadhana:
How to recognize, which devatas are Satvik, Rajasic ,Tamasic devatas?
Mainstream Hindus in India do not know any satvik devi devta except lord Bramha his Shakti and his consort Devi Saraswati . While the most famous is Devi Gayatri who is considered param satvik.
Everyone chants Gayatri mantra but do not know that the mantra is so pure, one must have such purity in action and thoughts that it is impossible to follow it in Kaliyug. Hence, the Maharishis have locked the power of this sadhana.
BHAGWAN SRI Bramha is param Satvik. He has physically created the whole world with the power of Devi Yogmaya. His universe is Bramha loka. Which is the the universe of knowledge and truth as is seen with his Shakti devi Saraswati. When Bhagwan sri Bramha sleeps its kaliyug for the world. His one day is our 4 yug kalpa.
So what happens when you do the sadhana of these Devatas?
One imbibes satvik qualities. One has to be become like the Lord they are doing sadhana of.. Hence, for a grihast or someone who has a family life doing the sadhana of any satvik devatas will not be too beneficial in present times their philosophy is TRUTH and PURITY. But it is very important to have sattva as that is the reason for your ascension.
There are many many many satvik devatas in Sanatana dharma like Sukulla devi , Pap mochini devi but only 3 most popular devtas are mentioned.
Find a guru and get the deeksha of a satvik devata and do sadhana for the rest of your life for development and ascension.
