PRAAN - LIFE FORCE , ENERGY ASSOCIATED WITH A DEITY IN THE UNIVERSE. It is the very Chetana that is present in parabramha . Pran is not breath but the essence of every cell and molecule in the world. It is present everywhere we just are trying to activate it for our purpose.

Idol worship is a subject in Siddha/ Sanatan Dharm that has been a subject of vilification since time immemorial .
The abrahamic religion , devoid of knowledge related to tantric rituals has demonized our advanced practices and called us grown ups who play with dolls .
You can consider it a type of technology that can connect and compel a higher energy to come to you . Such access is absent in Bhakti marg and other abrahamic religions.
