Asura general CHAND [ quality to acquire something physically for your greed] and MUND[ quality to manipulate inorder to get something for your greed] both come with the most fiercest army ever. The largest army of negative qualities.
They come near chandika and start holding her one of her weapon. Attacking and striking her arms.This angered the mother Goddess and she frowned. As she frowned, a dark energy was released.
The most fiercest dark form. She was sullen like a Skeleton, red protruding eyes, hollow cheeks and large mouth with large tongue dangling.
She began crushing the army of negative qualities, she ate them ,swallowed them in her insatiable appetite for justice. No one in the battle had vanquished so many army soldiers at once. But she waged a battle unmatched. Her strength and power resembled death himself.
Seeing the Goddess vanquish the army Chand asura ran upto her to strike. She held him and beheaded him with her sword. Seeing his brother Chand dead Mund also ran towards her . She killed him and put him on the ground.
Seeing the commander's dead the rest of the army fled away.
This dark energy mother took both the heads to Chandika and being impressed with the fierce battle she called that form Chamunda ![The one know can conquer both these negative qualities within us]
